How can I return items?

1. Click on the country from which you want to return your goods and enter your data as requested. Under "Customer reference", please enter your order number.

2. A return label will then be generated. You can print the label, attach it to the parcel and drop it off, or you can go to the DHL post office and have the label conveniently created using the QR code.

We only accept returns and exchanges if the items are in their original condition. If you have used, washed, or removed the labels from the item, we unfortunately cannot accept the goods back.

How long do I have to return items?

After receiving your ordered item, you have 14 days to return it to us.

What does a return shipment cost?

Yay! Returns are free for you.

When will I get my money back?

Once we have received and checked the return, we will arrange the refund.

Can I return my online order at the TINEZ workwear store?

Yes, of course. You can bring items purchased online to the store and return them in person.

How do I complain about an item?

Oh no, we're sorry to hear that. If an item doesn't meet the usual quality standards, you can make a complaint by presenting your invoice. The prerequisite for this is that the defect was not caused by improper handling. Please pay attention to the care instructions on the care label so that you can enjoy your items for a long time.
